If I were able to select a 6th star for Melissa I would! She has been one of the most dynamic realtors that I have ever dealt with and I have been involved with the sale or purchase of at least 15 properties in my lifetime. The strength of Melissa's professionalism is evident in 3 specific areas: First, Melissa was on top of all items that needed to be taken care of, which took much of the burden off of me. her attention to details was excellent. Second, I have never had a realtor or any salesperson for that matter, be as responsive to texts, phone calls and emails as Melissa. She seemed to be always available or would return my inquires expeditiously. Just doing this alone made me feel valued as her client. Last, but certainly not least is the "engine" that drives Melissa. Her enthusiasm and empathy for my situation was evident from the start and never wavered. Even when difficulties with the sale arose. Melissa always kept a positive attitude and kept my spirits up.
